I loved working agency-side to concept with sky as the limit. Agencies typically attract top creative talent, aesthetic and conceptual creators who are driven by finding and telling a story. When the opportunity to return brand-side emerged I was motivated to bring that agency gloss in-house to create even bolder brands with more creative investment. It wasn’t about the “many” client brands but instead about building and scaling, seeing from start to finish and where to next for both a brand and its end point user.

I’ve never seen “free for all” management be supportive of talent or workspaces. I was first, and continue to be, a designer. A successful team has an established machine they collectively understand and create in. Structure allows the team to focus their energy on solving for creative instead of solving for workflows.
